Remote IRIS Consultant: Empower Care & Community Access

Remote job

Molina Healthcare is seeking a compassionate IRIS Consultant to support Wisconsin participants in the IRIS program from a home-based office. You will regularly visit participants in their homes and community settings to help them achieve their long-term care goals. You will build trust, navigate community resources, and ensure plans stay within IRIS budgets while obeying DHS rules, HIPAA, and organizational standards.
