Attorney - Fully remote

About the role:

• Own and manage a full pre-litigation caseload from intake through resolution
• Evaluate liability, damages, and overall case strategy and value
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, guiding clients through treatment and case progression
• Review and analyze medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Draft compelling demand packages and advocate with insurance carriers
• Lead strategic settlement negotiations with a focus on maximizing outcomes
• Identify cases that should transition to litigation and ensure a seamless handoff
• Collaborate closely with internal teams while maintaining consistent client communication

Do you have?

• 3–6 years of personal injury experience, with a strong focus on pre-litigation
• Proven track record of negotiating favorable settlements
• Sharp instincts around case valuation and risk assessment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable analyzing medical records and understanding injury treatment timelines
• J.D. from accredited law school
• California Bar Admission
