Within Labor & Delivery, the Assistant Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery will help lead high-acuity obstetric care in a fast-moving patient environment supported by 24-hour women’s services. The scope spans daily workflow, staffing coordination, patient throughput, clinical escalation, quality improvement, and consistent adherence to nursing standards. Working closely with obstetric physicians, nursing leaders, and frontline RNs, this leader will have visible operational ownership and the autonomy to address barriers in real time. Reporting through nursing leadership and supported by hospital executives, this leader will translate organizational goals into reliable unit-level performance.
