Part-Time Receptionist – Troy, MO Position Details Pay: $20–$21 per hour Schedule: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week Preferred days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Flexible scheduling may be available Contract length: Approximately five months Location: Troy, MO Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate person Provide general clerical and administrative support Scan, organize, and maintain documents for the accounting department Enter payroll information accurately into Paychex Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems Keep the front office and common areas neat and organized Assist with additional office duties as needed Qualifications Previous receptionist, administrative, or clerical experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with computers and entering data Experience with Paychex is helpful but not required Professional and courteous phone presence Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Dependable with strong attendance #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly Services
