Center Director

Lutheran Services Florida seeks a Center Director to lead daily operations within our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. This role oversees staff, program delivery, compliance, and center budgets while ensuring high‑quality educational services aligned with LSF’s mission. The Center Director builds community partnerships, analyzes data to improve outcomes, and ensures adherence to regulatory and grant requirements. You’ll mentor a diverse team, foster a compassionate and inclusive culture, and collaborate across departments to enhance learning experiences and strengthen community impact statewide.
