Stand-Up Forklift (Reach Truck) Operator

Location: 910 Elm St, McKinney, TX, 75069. Schedule: 6PM - 6AM (Day/Night Shifts Available). Overtime opportunities available. Time and a half. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Operate a stand-up reach forklift. Move or stack different products or materials to specified locations in a safe manner. Perform routine post and pre inspections to ensure suitable working nature of forklift equipment. Stack empty pallets, reels, etc. Comply with safety policies, practices and procedures according to OSHA. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or safety team. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance. Essential functions and responsibilities also include following supervisor’s directions and the additional requirements of the various jobs assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to perform Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed above. Must be able to safely move full and empty pallets with forklift in working area. Identify when required routine maintenance may be needed. 1 year of Stand-up Reach Forklift experience required. Experience moving large loads. Reliable Attendance. Work Environment & Physical Responsibilities Duties are performed in a loud production setting subject to extreme temperatures. Some duties may be required to be performed outside. Comfortable with repetitive movement, kneeling, crouching and stooping. Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds while bending, twisting and/or standing. Requirements MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRIVEN FORKLIFT EXAM.
