Apartment Maintenance Service Tech IIPosition at Windsor Communities Apartment Maintenance Service Tech II | The Martin - Seattle, WA The Martin is a high-rise style community consisting of 188 apartment homes. Prior multi-family apartment maintenance technician experience is a requirement for this position. Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response. Set schedule for this role is Tuesday - Saturday 8AM-5PM and on-call every other week. Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation. Hourly: Starting at $25.03 - $31.28 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $52,062 - $65,062.
