Role Description This Real Estate Assistant/Intern role is an on-site position based in Overland Park, KS. The intern will support day-to-day real estate operations, including preparing listing materials, organizing property information, and assisting with transaction coordination. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and managing documents. The role also involves interacting with clients and prospects, answering inquiries, and providing basic customer service support under the guidance of licensed real estate professionals. This is an internship role designed to provide hands‑on experience in residential real estate and exposure to the full sales and service cycle. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, teammates, and vendors in a professional manner. Interest or foundational knowledge in Real Estate, with a willingness to learn market practices and transaction processes. Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills to manage schedules, documents, and data accurately and efficiently. Ability to use basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and learn new systems quickly. High level of reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
