Accounts Receivable Clerk

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM We're seeking a detail-oriented Operations Clerk II to join a dynamic team supporting branch operations. If you have experience with data analysis, ERP systems, accounts receivable, SAP, and administrative operations , this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze and cleanse business data to ensure accuracy and integrity Research and resolve accounts receivable issues and customer inquiries Process customer orders and quoted jobs using SAP/ERP systems Investigate discrepancies and implement effective resolutions Support invoicing, billing accuracy, and business operations Collaborate with internal teams and external customers Perform administrative and operational support for multiple business units Maintain accurate documentation and improve business processes Qualifications High school diploma/GED with 3+ years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree with relevant experience Experience with SAP or other ERP systems required Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint) CRM or Field Service software experience is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
