Home Comfort Designer (Commission-Only Sales)

At Aire Serv of Tampa , we have an immediate opening for a Home Comfort Designer . This is a 100% Commission-Only Sales Role designed for a high performer who thrives on uncapped earning potential, building strong client relationships, and designing custom technical solutions.

You will perform heat gain/loss calculations and design systems that deliver ultimate comfort for our residential clients. Because you are representing a world-class brand, professionalism, integrity, and technical accuracy are our top priorities.

Consultative Selling: Present flexible financing options and indoor air quality solutions to build long-term client trust.
Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to maximize closing ratios and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

HVAC Industry Knowledge: HVAC experience is highly recommended. You must understand system mechanics to accurately size and design solutions.
Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in high-ticket residential closing, in-home consultations, or home service sales.
Commission Mindset: Driven by performance-based pay with the drive and confidence to maximize uncapped commissions.
Clean Driving Record: Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving history (vehicle provided or supported via fuel card).
Background Check: Ability to pass a standard pre-employment background screening.
Professional Image: Elite interpersonal skills, strong communication, and a clean, professional appearance.
