Research Associate III

We are seeking a Research Associate III to support research, development, and laboratory operations through the design, execution, and analysis of scientific experiments. This role will contribute to project objectives by generating high-quality data, providing technical expertise, and supporting regulated research and development activities. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and interpret laboratory experiments supporting research, development, and manufacturing programs. Prepare technical reports, protocols, summaries, and quantitative analyses. Present experimental results and contribute to project planning and scientific discussions. Apply scientific literature and technical expertise to support problem-solving and research objectives. Maintain accurate laboratory records, electronic files, and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, quality, and laboratory safety requirements. Support project execution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Independently manage assigned experiments and research activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline; Master's degree with limited relevant experience may be considered. 4-6 years of relevant laboratory or research experience. Experience designing, executing, and analyzing laboratory experiments. Strong technical writing, data analysis, and scientific communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and quality standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in regulated laboratory environments. Familiarity with GMP, GLP, Design Control, or related quality systems. Experience supporting research, development, manufacturing, or product development programs. Experience reviewing scientific literature and troubleshooting experimental challenges.
