Work Environment: Professional office
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Supports Regional Director, Managing Attorney, Attorney Supervisor and CLS Leadership.
- Prepare administrative reports, documents, and correspondence
- Answer, screen and direct phone calls within the department
- Filing and data entry
- Maintaining multiple calendars
Candidate Skills:
- 2 yrs of professional office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Organized and able to work independently
