Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources, shaping the foundation for effective treatment.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass measurable goals and clearly defined interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans according to clients' progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure streamlined care across services.

• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments as required, equipping clients with safety plans and coping strategies to handle urgent situations.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical and legal standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Facilitate support groups, psychoeducation classes, and community outreach programs to enhance the understanding of mental health in the broader community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
