Job Description

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL regional drivers to operate company‑provided 53' dry vans on dedicated Mid‑Atlantic and Eastern Seaboard lanes. Paid orientation and structured training are provided; recent driving school graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & benefits: Weekly pay $1,200–$1,400 (dependent on miles and experience); mileage $0.55–$0.65/mi; trainee pay $650+ per week during 4–6 week OTR training; $15 per stop; safety bonus up to $0.06/mi; paid one‑day orientation $300; medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO available after 30 days.
Schedule & equipment: Dedicated regional lanes (Mid‑Atlantic/Eastern Seaboard); company‑provided 53' dry vans; primarily no‑touch freight (drop‑and‑hook); average weekly miles 1,800–2,500; typical home time bi‑weekly; day or night shifts as assigned.
Minimum qualifications: Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21; graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours); reasonably clean driving record (no major accidents or major violations within five years); ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks.
