Administrative and Project Operations Support Position

Looking for a career opportunity in the home building industry? North Twin Builders, a top-tier general contractor and design-build firm in Vilas County, just north of Eagle River, WI, is seeking a motivated individual to join our office team.
Initial Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and emails promptly and professionally.
- Communicating with clients in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Coordinating materials and subcontractors for projects.
- Scheduling meetings and taking accurate meeting notes.
- Friendly and approachable attitude towards clients and team members.
- Potentially assisting with job estimating for future projects, as the skill set allows.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, some college coursework preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- We are willing to train the right candidate, although experience in construction is helpful.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, as our projects are diverse and unique.
- Team player who works well with the office staff and the ground crew.
