We do have layoff periods thanksgiving, Christmas and 3 months in the summer. We are off most major holidays 4th of july, christmas and christmas eve, and thanksgiving.

DISH TEAM: In a fun, and spirited commercial kitchen setting, you will perform duties on a busy Dish Line ensuring safe and sanitary working conditions are implemented. Must also be willing to roll up the sleeves and pitch in where needed including assisting in kitchen prep, dry stock and sanitation.
