Field Service EngineerLocation: North Olmstead, OH, 44070, Hammond, IN, 46320, Eddyville, IA, 52553 and Cedar Rapids, IA, 52401 - Onsite from day1 Duration: 6-12+ Months ContractRole: Field Service EngineerMust Have Skills:Provide 2nd level IT supportExperience with operating system installation using SCCM, anti-spyware, anti-virus, custom and commercial softwareExperience with mobile telephony technologies (MobileIron, iPad, Android and iPhone)Knowledge of office products like word/excel/email client etc.Proficiency in desktop support including knowledge of current Windows operating systemsHardware support - Laptops, Printers, Desktop, Telephony equipment break fixBackup & restore of OS and DataProcurement of Hardware, Maintaining the assets and Hardware spare stockHands on Audio/Video conferencing experienceExperience in performing asset refreshExperience in network trouble shootingBasic knowledge of windows Active directory and group policiesAbility to lift and or move various computer equipment and ladder up to 30 kg.Roles & Responsibilities:Provide customer break fix support including off office hours and weekends for designated equipment in office or plant environment and campusMaintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripheralsDocuments, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systemsCommunicating clearly in written and verbal formAccepting and delivery of all service calls assignedCompleting all administrative tasks associated with each callResponsible for control and return of assets and inventoryOther duties may be assigned to meet business needsInstalling wires and cables as well as splice wires or cablesInspect and test wiring to locate and repair problems as well as ensuring that all specifications are metBackup tape replacementExecutive supportHandling procurementSupport rest of the locations in country remotely if requiredSupport Remote support teams if requiredSupport implementing/executing infrastructure-projects (small projects) only locally within the locationManagerial Skills:Good Communication skillsProblem ownership and follow-upITIL concepts strongly preferredMCSE or MCP preferredMin 5 years of relevant experiencePlant production environment experience (good to have)
