This role is responsible for maintaining accurate customer accounts, managing billing and collections, applying payments, and supporting timely cash flow across the business.## What you’ll do* Manage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment application, account reconciliation, and collections.* Generate accurate and timely customer invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue accounts.* Reconcile customer and intercompany accounts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with Sales, Service, and Operations teams.* Process and accurately apply customer payments through check, ACH, credit card, and wire transfers.* Prepare aging reports, cash forecasting support, month-end schedules, and documentation while assisting with journal entries and financial close activities.* Support audits, financial projects, and global accounts receivable processes while providing guidance to the global services team.## About you* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, reconciliations, payment processing, and accounting principles.* Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office, with strong communication and collaboration skills.## Start your journeyIf you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
