Manager, Statistical Programming - Internal Medicine

Regeneron seeks a Manager, Statistical Programming to lead programming deliverables for clinical studies from initiation through regulatory approval and product launch. The role involves managing programming teams, developing analytical outputs, and serving as a programming representative on multidisciplinary study teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and quality control of tables, listings, and graphs for analysis support
• Manage programming effort, track deliverable progress, and handle complex ad hoc requests
• Serve as programming representative on multidisciplinary study teams through regulatory and launch phases
• Partner with management on resource planning and contribute to hiring and candidate screening
• Provide performance feedback to team members and advise on data retention procedures

Requirements

• Master's degree with 6+ years relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years
• Proven experience leading programming deliverables within clinical study teams
• Experience providing hiring input, feedback, and performance evaluations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills in regulated environments
• SAS Certification (nice to have)

Compensation: $128,600–$210,000 annually
