Corporate Advisory Analyst, Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Job Type: Hybrid Job Overview At Citi, we connect millions of people across cities and countries. The Power, Utilities & Infrastructure coverage team advises on a range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, equity capital raises and debt refinancings for private and publicly listed corporations, infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and government entities. Responsibilities Support the execution of a wide range of transactions, strategic advisory mandates, and pitches. Build and maintain financial models for power, utilities, and infrastructure assets. Coordinate due diligence workstreams, manage data rooms and assist with ad hoc client requests. Conduct detailed industry and company research; analyze data and market trends to inform pitches and deal execution. Prepare high quality client materials. Collaborate with internal teams including local and global coverage teams, ECM, DCM, and Corporate Banking. Appropriately assess risk and demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation. Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhere to policies, and apply sound ethical judgment. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar. 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, infrastructure advisory, project finance or related field. Experience in financial modeling within the sector. Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment. Proactive, takes initiative and works effectively in a team.
