Part Time Sales Associate

The Shops At South Town

Janela Bay is looking for an energetic part-time Sales Associate for our Women's Swimwear. Responsibilities Greet customers when they enter the store Offer customers a fitting room when they're ready to try on items Check in with customers and provide styling suggestions when needed Use our point-of-sale system to complete purchases Assist customers with returns and exchanges Help maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back storage area Be reliable, punctual, and follow company policies Store Hours Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Friday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–9:00 PM Sunday: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM Typical Shifts Morning: 10 or 11:00 AM–4:00 PM Evening: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM or 9:00 PM Currently hiring for both morning and evening availability. Weekend shifts rotate between employees (approximately two Saturdays and one Sunday each month). Holiday shifts rotate among staff. The store is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. 10–15 hours Pay Starting at $13.00/hour, based on experience Qualifications Must be 16 years of age or older Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills Comfortable starting conversations and helping customers find products they'll love Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Attention to detail and basic math skills #J-18808-Ljbffr The Shops At South Town
