Wax Specialist - Waxer/ Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist

Job Overview We are currently seeking a Wax Specialist with passion, determination, and a commitment to excellence that will help take our center to new heights. Comprehensive training will provide all the tools needed to hit the ground running, with great pay and performance incentives throughout the year. Benefits & Compensation Medical Insurance Paid Time Off Discounts on Products and Services Commission Performance-based Bonuses (every other week) Typical Total Compensation Following Training: $18-$22+ per hour 2-6 Months after start: $23-$28+ per hour Approaching 1 year and beyond: $28-$40+ per hour Job Details Positions available for regularly scheduled 4 or 5 days (26-38+ hours) per week; must have current Minnesota Esthetician or Cosmetology License. Work Location: One location Job Types: Full-time, Part-time While these are examples based upon actual performance, there is no cap on bonuses, so how much you make is entirely up to you! We provide extensive training and support; even if you have very little waxing experience, you’ll learn quickly. We love new professionals right out of school!
