Perspective Optometry is seeking a friendly, organized First Impressions Coordinator who will ensure exceptional service from the moment patients enter our practice. You will manage patient flow, assist with intake and registrations, and support team coordination. Responsibilities include scheduling, greeting patients, collecting demographics and insurance, verifying coverage, handling payments, and maintaining HIPAA compliance.
