Dealership Service Porter

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to support the daily operations of a busy dealership service department. This role plays an important part in creating a positive experience for customers by helping to keep service lanes, parking areas, and vehicle flow organized and efficient. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles safely and efficiently within the dealership premises, including service lanes, parking areas, and wash areas.
• Greet customers and help direct them to the appropriate service team member.
• Maintain organization of the service drive and parking areas to support smooth operations.
• Assist with vehicle staging, retrieval, and delivery as needed.
• Keep the service area clean, orderly, and presentable at all times.
• Support advisors and technicians with basic operational tasks when needed.
• Follow all dealership policies, safety procedures, and vehicle handling guidelines.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods as needed.
