The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) provides guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the retail sales floor. The ZTL oversees merchandising and customer service, ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include merchandising, customer service oversight, supervisory duties, and effective communication of company directives.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, proficiency in English, sound judgment, confidentiality, accuracy, organization, knowledge of industry terms, effective communication, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending and twisting frequently, gripping, reaching, and pinching with arms and hands, squatting, kneeling, balancing, and climbing occasionally, and operating a motor vehicle with a valid state-issued license.
