You'll work alongside a group of talented HR professionals who have years of industry knowledge and experience to help develop your career further as a TA professional. This position will directly assist the Talent Acquisition Manager at the Rhome, TX site (near Fort Worth) focusing on operational recruitment activities, extending job offers, attending job fairs, hosting onboarding/orientation, and supporting employee relations projects. If getting to know people and matching candidates' skills is your thing, this position is for you. The role requires onsite work to support the Operations team directly. Hybrid flexibility of 1 day a week may be possible after the training period has concluded.
