A community support organization in Danvers is seeking a maintenance technician to perform general upkeep of properties. Responsibilities include non-licensed maintenance work across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, maintenance experience, and strong communication skills. This role offers an hourly rate of $26.00 and requires availability for emergencies.
