Location: Wilmington, MA

Pay Rate: $85/hr on w2

Duration: 12 Months Contract to hire

Responsible for the interior design, space planning, construction management, maintenance and operations of all company facilities and grounds, leased and owned. Develops, manages and tracks facilities capital and facilities operating expense budgets and establishes long-range facilities strategic plans in support of business goals. Oversees the planning and implementation of space allocation, furniture and equipment layouts, communication services and networking requirements. Ensures facility compliance with building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Responsible for preventative, routine and emergency repair and maintenance of all facilities and facilities support equipment. Responsible to maintain and utilize a facilities maintenance management and work order system. Inspects facilities and evaluates such factors as HVAC systems, lighting, size, condition and suitability for occupancy. Coordinates work of contractors and interfaces with external government agencies on facilities matters. Jointly responsible for facilities security and health and safety standards within the facility. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage several facilities expansion & modification projects
• Coordinate and manage site's GCs
• Ensure builds/modifications meet business' needs
• Manage budget & cost engineering
• Manage day to day execution of facilities related tasks
• Ensure PMs are performed and documented on schedule
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure facility readiness, coordinate break/fix activities
• Verify effectiveness of PM process
• Coordinate with facilities staff to address employee facility requests and concern reports
• Work with various programs to manage manufacturing and office space requirements
• Team with programs to understand program needs & timeline
• Create facility modification/turnover schedules based on manufacturing program transitions
• Other responsibilities
• Team with other facilities team members to ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance to internal and external regulations.
• Manage facilities budgeting for supplies and vendor activities.
