Client Specialist Key

Talbots is a leading specialty retailer of women's clothing, shoes and accessories. This position offers an opportunity to build strong customer relationships and contribute to a vibrant team environment. Responsibilities Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences. Build and maintain enduring relationships with existing and new customers. Support service enhancers, including the use of the Concierge system. Achieve sales and service metrics in areas such as clientell/outing, appointment setting and Talbots Classic awards. Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs. Engage customers in intentional conversations to understand their needs and share current products and trends. Participate in community and store activities that promote the Talbots brand. Supervise colleagues on occasion and handle opening and closing duties. Represent the brand image professionally at all times. Qualifications Driven to create, build and cultivate strong customer relationships. Strong ambition with a passion for achieving personal and team goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to proactively contact clientele. Professional, assertive, friendly, and able to make independent decisions. Technological aptitude to navigate POS, computer, iPad, and handheld systems. Available at least 20 hours per week with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and climb ladders.
