Accounting Manager Real Estate

Responsibilities Accounting management for general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month‑end close using Yardi/MRI. Process journal entries, manage portfolio, and perform bank reconciliations. Prepare financial statements, profit and loss reports, and income and expense schedules for rent‑producing properties. Create monthly property net operating income reports and analyses. Maintain support for property balance sheet and income‑statement accounts. Full P&L ownership, managing wires and financial transactions. Review general ledger entries and adjust/explain variances. Present monthly financial statements to management. Handle budgeting, forecasting, payroll, internal controls, and HR duties. Preferred Qualifications Experience with commercial, industrial, or residential real‑property accounting. Knowledge of CAM and property accounting principles.
