As an Associate Financial Advisor , you’ll operate as a strategic extension of the Managing Partner — supporting his client relationships, managing workflow, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring flawless execution across all planning initiatives. This role blends client-facing engagement with behind-the-scenes strategy and operational oversight. You will meet with and manage existing and new client needs, prepare planning work, coordinate insurance and wealth management tasks, ensure follow-through, and help manage and coordinate both the existing administrative team and future team expansion. This position is built for someone looking to grow into a Senior Advisor role while learning directly from an experienced leader in the Private Wealth division. Client Support & Relationship Management
- Support the Managing Partner in serving legacy and HNW clients
- Join discovery calls, follow-ups, and client reviews
- Manage client communication, timelines, and service expectations
- Ensure a consistent, white-glove advisory experience
- Prepare analyses, illustrations, and tax-efficient strategy summaries
- Coordinate underwriting, carrier communication, and case advancement
- Identify planning opportunities based on client goals and circumstances
- Produce clean, client-ready planning deliverables
- Help manage workflow, priorities, and meeting cadence for the Managing Partner
- Ensure follow-through on commitments and internal deadlines
- Anticipate needs and support efficient decision-making
- Act as a stabilizing operational partner in a fast-moving practice
- Coordinate with administrative team to maintain execution quality
- Support onboarding and integration of future team hires
- Help build a disciplined, scalable service model
- Maintain CRM accuracy, compliance processes, and documentation integrity
- Manage planning workflows and service pipelines
- Prepare agendas, summaries, and reporting packages
