Commercial Roofing Estimator – Charlotte, Raleigh or Wilmington Highland Roofing is growing, and we're looking for a commercial roofing estimator to join our awesome team in Charlotte, Raleigh or Wilmington! What You'll Do: Put together accurate estimates and proposals for commercial roofing jobs Review blueprints and specs to plan out the best approach Use The Edge software to streamline your estimating process Keep everything organized in our internal systems Work closely with the team to hit goals and keep projects on track Share ideas to help us improve how we work What We're Looking For: At least 3 years of estimating experience (or strong roofing PM/superintendent background) Solid understanding of commercial roofing systems Great attention to detail and time management Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude We've been serving the Carolinas for 20 years, and we're proud of the reputation we’ve built.
