Leads, directs, or recommends cross-functional team targeted for system enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity. Evaluates product and service solutions. Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experienceAt least 5 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environmentAt least 10 years of experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructureRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong expertise in network technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VPNs, and load balancing.Experience with AAA technologies, including RADIUS, TACACS+, SAML, OAuth, and certificate-based authenticationExperience implementing and supporting Network Access Control (NAC) solutions such as Cisco ISE or equivalent platformsFamiliarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and directory services such as Active Directory and Entra IDExperience supporting Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions such as Netskope, Zscaler, or similar platformsExperience with remote access technologies, VPN solutions, and secure connectivity servicesUnderstanding of modern identity-driven access controls and segmentation strategiesExperience designing and supporting highly available, geographically distributed environmentsUnderstanding of enterprise certificate management, PKI, and encryption technologiesExperience performing platform upgrades, lifecycle management, and capacity planningPreferred ExperienceCisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)Ivanti Secure Access / Pulse SecureNetskope Private Access and Secure Service Edge (SSE)Active DirectoryMicrosoft Entra IDPKI / CertificatesSplunk or enterprise SIEM platformsAzure Networking and Security ServicesThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.Location expectationsThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
