Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible MD or DO Primary Care Physician Provide full-scope, evidence-based primary care to a diverse patient panel across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive care that includes preventive services, chronic disease management, and coordination of specialty referrals, all within a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on improving community health outcomes. Full-time- Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) May consider alternate schedule options Outpatient clinic Minimum of 2–5 years post-residency clinical experience preferred. Qualifications-MD or DO, Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or related specialty, current, unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration,BLS and ACLS certification, proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), strong clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills, experience in community health or underserved populations, familiarity with chronic care models and population health management.
