Redding, CA (100% Onsite)

$28/hour

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Coordinator to support a large-scale contract data cleanup and document management project within the Provider Contracting Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, reviewing records for accuracy, and maintaining organized documentation in a detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and update provider contract records within the CONTRAXX contract management system.
• Verify contract information, including effective dates, termination dates, and contract status.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and data inaccuracies within contract records.
• Review contracts and supporting documentation to ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Scan, organize, and upload paper contracts into electronic systems.
• Run reports and perform quality checks to validate data accuracy.
• Maintain organized electronic contract files and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to track and manage information.
• Communicate discrepancies, questions, and concerns to the Provider Contracting team.
• Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive provider and contract information.
• Support ongoing data cleanup, quality assurance, and contract maintenance projects.

• Experience working with high volumes of files, records, documents, or data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and research information before making updates.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented work.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable asking questions and escalating issues when information is unclear.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Required Assessments

Candidates selected to move forward in the process will be required to complete:

• Excel Assessment (evaluates spreadsheet and data management skills)
• Data Accuracy Assessment (evaluates attention to detail and accuracy)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
