Clinton is the county seat of Sampson County in southeastern North Carolina, a close-knit agricultural community centrally located between Raleigh and Wilmington./ppWhat to expect: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, $55-$70/hour ($103K-$131K annually), no on-call, and a benefits package recognized as a Top 10 program nationally among private urgent care organizations. Additional highlights include student loan repayment assistance, company-paid malpractice insurance, productivity incentives above base pay, and a 401(k) with company match./ppYou will be the primary provider on-site, managing acute and episodic care independently in a fast-paced urgent care setting. You are supported by established clinical protocols, a dedicated clinic support team, and direct access to clinical leadership and network resources. Onboarding includes a structured clinical orientation designed to set you up for success from day one./ppClinical Responsibilities:/ppAssess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute and episodic conditions. Perform common urgent care procedures, including laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, wound care, and DOT physicals. Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing, including in-house labs and imaging./ppPrescribe medications appropriately and provide patient education on treatment plans, follow-up care, and preventive health. Document encounters thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow, quality outcomes, and a strong patient experience./ppPractice Environment:/ppAverage patient volume of 3-4 patients per hour, supporting thorough evaluation, quality care, and complete documentation. Clinical leadership and network resources are accessible when needed./ppFully equipped clinics with on-site diagnostics and Experity EMR.
