Grinding Machine Operator – Will Train

Torrington, CT
$18.00–$20.00 per Hour, Based on Experience
2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities | Train on 1st Shift

Machine operating experience? We can teach you grinding and setup.

We're looking for Machine Operators who want to develop more advanced manufacturing skills. Previous grinding experience is not required.

• You'll receive hands-on training in grinding machine operation and setup, including:
• Machine setup and adjustments
• Grinding wheels and tooling
• Feeds and speeds
• Blueprint reading
• Precision measuring tools
• Quality checks and troubleshooting

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to quality and accuracy
• Willingness to learn machine setup
• Dependable attendance
• Blueprint and measuring tool experience are helpful
• Grinding or setup experience is a plus

These are 2nd and 3rd shift positions . You must be available to train on 1st shift for approximately three months before moving to your regular shift.

You'll begin your employment with A.R. Mazzotta Employment Specialists while working onsite with our client, with potential to join their team permanently.
