Details\n \n Work in the Labor and Delivery unit \n 3x12 Night shift schedule, 18:45-07:15 \n No block scheduling; must be flexible \n Floating to Post-Partum unit required based on patient care needs \n Experience with Magnesium Sulfate drips and C-Sections required \n Uses EPIC charting system \n Requirements\n \n Active WA or compact RN license required \n Minimum 3 years of L&D experience in a unit with comparable volume and acuity \n Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP \n Preferred certifications: AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM \n EPIC charting experience required \n Previous travel experience required \n Skilled in Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Pitocin administration, and C-Section circulating/scrubbing/recovery \n Experience assisting with high-risk deliveries, vaginal deliveries, and forceps/vacuum extractions \n Experience with fetal monitoring, including EFM and IUPC placement \n Previous charge experience preferred \n Additional Information\n \n Provide comprehensive labor and delivery nursing care including antepartum, delivery, and postpartum management \n Care for high-risk OB patients including pre-eclampsia, placenta previa, VBAC, and multiple gestation cases \n Support neonatal care in the delivery room, including APGAR scoring and newborn assessments \n Required modules completed during orientation and signed off by facility managers \n RTO limited to a maximum of 5 days per assignment, and must be disclosed at time of consideration \n Travel pairs accepted \n Local candidates accepted at the same rate as non-local travelers \n Former staff must be separated from the facility or system for at least 1 year before being considered for a travel assignment \n \n \n American Traveler Job ID P-756437.
