Representative Role OverviewAn investment firm or private capital platform may seek a Capital Growth Officer to support initiatives focused on capital deployment, portfolio growth, fundraising strategy, and investment expansion . The role combines analytical work with strategic execution, supporting senior leaders in identifying growth opportunities and scaling investment platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport capital growth initiatives across investment strategies and portfolios
Analyze growth opportunities, capital deployment plans, and return profiles
Build and maintain financial and scenario models to evaluate growth strategies
Conduct market, sector, and competitive research to identify expansion opportunities
Assist with fundraising strategy, investor materials, and capital raise execution
Track portfolio performance, growth metrics, and capital utilization
Prepare investment updates, growth reports, and strategic presentations
Collaborate with investment, fundraising, and portfolio management teams
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
Interest in capital growth, investment strategy, and portfolio expansion
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, asset management, or consulting is beneficial
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial research tools is a plus
