Job Description Inside Sales Associate II Pay Range: $24.50–$28.00/hour (based on experience) The Inside Sales Associate II supports our dealer sales channel by providing accurate and timely orders, along with product and business information for our customers. This role serves as a key point of contact for dealer partners and plays an important part in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from order to delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide detailed, accurate order entry and customer support for our dealer network Review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements for accuracy and completeness Communicate professionally with both external customers and internal teams regarding products, orders, and business needs Partner closely with Outside Sales, Production, Customer Service, Credit, and Delivery teams to support the order fulfillment process Meet performance objectives and work within established business guidelines and processes Represent our company values and commitment to service in every customer interaction Follow all safety policies and procedures applicable to the role Note: This description reflects the general nature of the role and may not include all responsibilities. Qualifications 1–2 years of customer service experience using an enterprise system (manufacturing environment preferred) Previous window industry sales and/or customer service experience is a plus High school diploma required Some college coursework preferred Strong customer service mindset with a sense of urgency Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning and using new systems and software Basic math, typing, and computer skills Team-oriented with a collaborative approach Indoor, climate-controlled office environment Frequent phone communication with customers and internal teams Primarily seated role, with extended periods spent at a workstation (8–9 hours/day) At MITER Brands, our people are at the center of everything we do.
