Timeless LLC is a Minneapolis-based restoration and remodeling company built on elite craftsmanship and a standard most contractors can't match. We specialize in insurance rebuilds, historic restorations, and high-end remodels. We're launching April 1, 2026.

The Build Captain is the on-site execution leader for every Timeless project. You are the face of Timeless on the job site — the person clients see daily, subs interact with, and crews follow. You translate the scope of work into physical reality at the highest possible standard.

We're looking for a seasoned builder who knows the trade inside and out and has the skill to run their own operation — but prefers to focus on the craft rather than chasing leads and managing the business side. If that's you, keep reading.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

— Arrive on-site a minimum of 5 minutes before posted start time — every day, no exceptions

— Review the day's scope, methods, and milestones before the crew arrives

— Lead a daily morning huddle with crew and subs — scope, safety, and quality standards — Execute work per the scope of work with precision — methods, materials, and finish standards as specified

— Maintain a clean, organized, and client-presentable job site throughout the day and at close-out

— Flag scope conflicts, material shortages, or timeline risks to the PM the same day they are identified

— Maintain professional, respectful interaction with clients at all times

— Answer questions calmly, defer scope questions to PM

— Oversee subcontractor work quality on-site and report concerns to PM immediately

— Secure the site at end of day — tools locked, materials covered, site clean

The Build Captain owns execution — how the work gets done, not what work gets done. You do not make scope decisions, commit to timeline changes with the client, or remove a sub from a job. Those are PM calls.
