You'll work on everything from electrical installations to maintenance and repairs in industries such as construction, manufacturing, commercial facilities, power plants, oil and gas, aggregate, solar, wind, and more. This is a hands-on, skilled role that requires strong electrical knowledge, a solid understanding of industrial environments, and a high level of professionalism.In addition to technical work, we value electricians who are looking to continue learning and expanding their credentials. You should be prepared for extended hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional night shifts, depending on project needs.Current Projects are based out of Cambridge, OH.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide general and skilled labor to industrial trades and to various construction and industrial projectsPerform electrical installations and trouble shootingCommunicate equipment and supply needs as neededPrepare time and materials (T&M) tickets, receipts, and other paperwork as required by the jobDemonstrate knowledge of the installation of concrete pours and finishes, building and preparing forms, rebar, masonry, block laying, pipefitting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, rigging, excavation, ditching, trenching and general labor as requiredWorking ConditionsSit, talk, hear, read, and writeWalk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and armsKneel, stoop, bend, squat, and climb a ladderLift and/or move up to 50 poundsWork at a variety of heightsWork in confined spacesWork indoors and outdoors in all types of weatherPerform duties on-site and underground at industrial locationsQualificationsMust possess a Journeyman Electrical license in any state (MD is preferred)2+ years' of electrical experience requiredPreferably begins the MSHA-WV Electrical Apprenticeship ProgramComprehensive knowledge of Industrial Services is preferredComprehensive knowledge of the NEC (National Electric Code)Ability to perform mathematical calculations accuratelyPractical knowledge of office procedures and customer relationsSupport and BenefitsWE ARE NOW EMPLOYEE OWNEDEmployees are beneficial owners through an ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) that works through a qualified retirement plan.
