As Power Design expands into mechanical work, we are looking for a Pipefitter Foreman to play a critical leadership role in the success of our new projects. This means we’ll need someone to ensure all projects maintain a high level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Position Responsibilities Work closely with project Superintendent and other trades, oversee the assigned scope, including the management of material and manpower Accountable for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scope Here’s What We’re Looking For OSHA 30 certification preferred. Experience with Hydronic piping systems, Chiller, Boiler, Water Source Heat Pump refrigeration systems. Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path Skilled field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects Active journeyman or master Mechanical or Plumbing license preferred Proficient knowledge of the IMC, IPC, and IBC Standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements Knowledge in Managing Plumbing Systems and / or HVAC Air distribution systems a plus.
