About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Chief Digital Information Officer to lead its digital transformation and oversee the technology infrastructure and digital systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's clinical, financial, and administrative operational needs are met. This critical role involves performing a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement, developing a strategic roadmap for digital expansion projects, and mentoring a team to build on existing progress. The ideal candidate will bring dynamic leadership, strategic vision, and a collaborative approach to partnering with leadership across the organization. A strong understanding of departmental dynamics and the ability to make decisive contributions during time-sensitive situations are essential. Applicants for the Associate Chief Digital Information Officer position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 8 years' of progressive healthcare IT leadership experience is required, with a proven track record in driving enterprise IT strategy, innovation, and transformation. Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements is essential, and relevant professional certifications are a plus. The role also demands expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight within complex healthcare environments. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with the ability to make a significant impact on the company's digital transformation and will be expected to work full-time and onsite.
