You Have Fluency in the programming of all of these systems: Lutron, Control 4, Elan (Nice Home Management), Vantage, Josh.ai. This is a hands‑on, on‑onsite, teamwork, leadership role. You must be able and willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. The words “this is not my job” will never come out of your mouth.
