Locums Internal Medicine Physician in Rockford, Illinois - No Call, Weekday Schedule

Provide outpatient primary care for an older patient population with a predictable weekday schedule and no call responsibilities. This assignment offers a team-based practice focused on continuity of care.

Practice & Cases

• Outpatient primary care clinic
• Medicare-focused patient population
• Chronic disease management, preventive care, and continuity visits
• Support from nurse practitioners, medical assistants, scribes, and registered nurses

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Daytime clinic hours only
• Minimum three-month commitment
• Full-time outpatient coverage

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Active Illinois medical license required
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• DEA required

Logistics

• No travel or lodging reimbursement provided
• Local candidates preferred
