CDS Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration

Job Summary Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to lead recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in‑store Product Demonstrators. The Event Manager will oversee product preparation and presentation, provide training, and deliver excellent service to all Club members. Strong communication with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, as well as participation in new location grand openings, is essential. Location 4000 River Point Pkwy, Sheridan, CO 80110, USA Responsibilities Recruit, train, and hire part‑time Product Demonstrators. Oversee product preparation and presentation, ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance. Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration techniques and customer service. Coordinate communication among warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators. Participate in new location grand openings as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments. Detail oriented with strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams. Ability to exercise independent judgment and coach employees. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
