Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-age populations is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive, team-centered approach
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, diagnostics, and screenings to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Developing customized treatment interventions and working directly with students individually or in small groups
- Keeping accurate records of progress and providing timely, detailed reports
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing clinical expertise toward goal planning
