Job Description COMPANY: Strava TITLE: IT Integration Engineer – Business Systems TEAM: IT / Strava for Business – Financial Systems Team BILL RATE: ~$125/hr (flexible - providing market analysis!) PAY RATE: $65- 70/ hr (flexible) LOCATION: Remote (preferred: Near a Hub: San Francisco, CA | New York, NY | Denver, CO) SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week Preferred Schedule Early EST hours (7:00am EST to communicate with the London team!) DURATION: 12 Month Contract (strong extension potential; contract‑to‑hire possible but will need to be hybrid 3 days a week if converted!) About This Role Insight Global is seeking a IT Integration Engineer – Business Systems. This role will design, implement, and maintain integrations across the company's core enterprise and financial platforms, including ERP, CRM, contract management, procurement, and analytics systems. A primary focus of this role is data centralization and data democratization—building scalable integrations that land data into Snowflake as a single source of truth, enabling automation, operational efficiency, self‑serve analytics, and ML‑powered forecasting across the business. This engineer will partner closely with IT, Finance, Revenue, Legal, Sales, and Data teams to deliver robust, compliant, and highly maintainable integration solutions. This is a hands‑on role supporting mission‑critical Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) workflows and revenue systems in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements Required Experience 3 - 8 years of experience in Integration Engineering, Business Systems Engineering, or IT Systems Engineering within fast‑paced or high‑growth environments Strong expertise integrating SaaS and enterprise platforms, including ERP, CRM, contract management, and procurement systems Deep understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) processes, financial workflows, contracts, billing, pricing, and revenue reporting Experience with XML and JSON, including schema design (XSD, JSON Schema), validation, transformation, and parsing Strong knowledge of integration architectures, SOA principles, and RESTful API best practices Hands‑on experience implementing SOAP and RESTful web services, including authentication and data mapping Experience using enterprise integration platforms such as Tray.io, Fivetran, Workato, Mulesoft, or Boomi Strong experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or equivalent), including historicized data pipelines and CDC concepts Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to Finance and business leadership Strong documentation discipline with an emphasis on maintainability and handoff readiness Comfortable working in a Mac‑only environment (no Windows) Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Architect, build, and maintain integrations across HubSpot, NetSuite, SpotDraft, Zip, Asana, and other core systems Design and implement data pipelines that land clean, historicized data into Snowflake as a single source of truth Build cross‑system integrations that enable end‑to‑end visibility from pipeline through revenue Develop automated reconciliation workflows between CRM, contract management, and financial systems Partner with Data teams to build dbt transformation layers and analysis‑ready datasets Create self‑serve analytics infrastructure, including live Connected Sheets, dashboards, and automated reporting Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design workflows Ensure data accuracy across systems, resolving FX, date, and value discrepancies Establish best practices for integration development, monitoring, testing, and documentation Ensure integrations meet security, privacy, and SOX compliance requirements Build scalable, reusable integration components to support future growth and evolving business needs Tech Stack Tray.io / Fivetran (or equivalent integration platforms) HubSpot (CRM) NetSuite (ERP) SpotDraft (Contract Management) Zip (Procurement) Asana (Project Management) Snowflake / BigQuery Google Workspace Slack Atlassian (Jira / Confluence) Okta Pluses Experience integrating systems such as HubSpot, NetSuite, SpotDraft, Zip, and Asana Experience building self‑serve analytics tools such as dashboards, Connected Sheets, or automated reporting for GTM teams Experience with dbt for data transformation Familiarity with ML pipelines and feature engineering for forecasting and analytics Experience with SOX‑compliant systems or audit‑ready integration infrastructure Experience integrating Slack APIs, building bots, or operational notifications Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform APIs and Google Apps Script Experience with change data capture (CDC) and historicized data models Prior experience automating financial or revenue reporting workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
