The nursing coordinator provides care to the residents of the facility.

• Provide basic nursing care such as checking blood pressure, inserting catheters, and helping comfort patients by performing tasks such as changing and dressing.
• Document accurate and ongoing assessment of patient status: Document patient care, including nursing intervention, patient response to care provided, patient needs, problems, capabilities, limitations, and progress toward goals.

Education: Associates or better. Technical/other training or better.
